One Bottle serves 25-50 Cocktail Portions of Alcohol Fruit-flavored Cordial. Considering the Volume of the Ice Cubes the Bar Tender can serve up to 50 Cocktail Portions per Bottle.


Cocktail Preparation:

1.4 oz/ 40 ml Base + 4.8 oz/ 140 ml Cola, muddle green Lemon softly, then stir gently with Ice, garnish with fresh Fruit and serve.


Cocktail-History


The Long Island Iced Tea is a relative newcomer in the Cocktail scene. Unlike some of the Classic Cocktails such as Manhattan or Martini which date back some 100 years, the Long Island Iced Tea made it´s first appearance in the late 1979´s. Some claim that the Long Island Iced Tea was invented in the 1920´s making drink significantly older than originally thought and placing the birth in the middle of the Prohibition, in an the area of secrecy, smuggling, gangsters, shootouts and undercover "dry agents" the illegal consumption of alcohol was kept very low key.


Classic recipe:

1/2 oz  Triple Sec
1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Tequila
1 oz Sour Mix
Cola
Lemon Wedge
